The Currys Online Developing Software Suite service is managed by Pixology
Limited..
Your credit card details
are encrypted and sent securely using SSL - the Internet standard for
secure transfers. The pictures in your order are also encrypted, so you
can be sure of a safe and secure service.
Our service has been certified as secure by BT Trustwise / VeriSign.
Your order is handled on our special domain of www.net-prints.com
- you can check that we own that domain by clicking
here and entering net-prints.com in the 'Search our Whois Records'
window. To check the security credentials click
here, then click on the "Validate On-line" button and finally
enter www.net-prints.com in the Search box.
Your order will be uploaded to the Pixology Digital
Photos Server using your normal Internet Service Provider (ISP). Depending
on your ISP contract you may incur communication or connection charges
during the upload. When your order has been uploaded, your credit card
transaction will be authorised.
Once payment is approved, your order will be sent
for printing and delivered by post. The payment will be shown on your
credit card statement will as PIXOLOGY Internet Photo Order.
Your pictures will be printed on high quality digital
processing equipment. As with all digital pictures, the quality of the
print depends on the amount of data (number of pixels) in the original
image. If you have used a low quality picture or if you have zoomed in
or cropped too much, the software will have warned you either with a red
outline (print may be poor), or a large red exclamation mark (print will
definitely be low quality). Despite these warnings we do let you order
the print.
Any queries or complaints should be emailed to digital-uk@cewecolor.co.uk,
or write to Currys Online Developing Suite, 20 Priestley Road,
Surrey Research Park, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 7YS , United Kingdom.
Please include your order number (shown in the acknowledgement email
and the completed order list) in any correspondence.
