explains what personal information we collect about you, how we collect

parties to whom we may transfer your personal information.

What personal
information do we collect?

Some of our services
require payment. We therefore need to collect your e-mail address, card
holder address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and type,
card start date, card issue number and card expiry date. Your credit card
details are stored securely and separately from other information and are
never re-used except to fulfil your order.

improve the quality of service provided we also need to collect information
about your computer system, including (but not limited to): IP address,
free disk space, display resolution, colour depth and order upload duration.

What do we do
with the information we collect?

of this photo processing and delivery service to improve our service
to you and to provide services which may interest you. For example,
we monitor traffic patterns and usage of our service to help us improve
the design and layout of our service and the features which we offer.
We also aim to personalise our service by using your order history to
help us select product for our service, and by working with carefully
selected partners to let you know about other services that might be
of interest to you.
- Certain information is also shared with Currys, for whom Pixology
provides this service.
- We use the registration information and payment information mentioned
above to allow us to process your orders and fulfil your goods. We may
need to pass some of this information on to certain other companies
on whom we rely to fulfill your orders. Our partners are not permitted
to use your personal information for any other purpose or to pass it
on to any other third parties.
- We may also use your personal information to notify you of other
special offers, competitions, developments in our services or web site,
or we may also pass on your details to trusted third parties so that
they can also provide you with details of competitions, offers or other
promotions.
- If, at any time, you would rather not receive any such information,
please send us a blank e-mail to nomarketing@pixology.com.
In those circumstances, we will keep your information on file so that
we can fulfil your orders, but we will not e-mail you or contact you

Our Responsibilities
- How does Pixology protect customer information?
- As required by the UK Data Protection Act of 1998, we follow
strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information
which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. When
you place orders or access your account information, we use a
secure server. The secure server software encrypts both your photographic
images submitted to us and all credit card information you provide
to us.

At times, we may
let you know about the products or services provided by carefully selected
third parties. We will only deal with partners who comply with the UK Data
Protection Act 1998 or whom we are satisfied have appropriate measures
to protect data. However, in some cases a breach of security may be made
by a third party for which Pixology cannot accept responsibility.
